So who am I? The most important descriptors would be: I am a wife, mom of 2, and follower of Christ. I am also so much more than that! I wear many hats in this season of life: mother, homemaker, homeschooler, homesteader, third generation farmer, digital creator, crafter, and everything in between!
Looking back, I’m not sure where it really started, but the most defining point of it all and what I consider the very beginning of our story was 7 years ago when I felt a true calling and answered it. I left my nursing career and decided to stay home with our oldest. This was not how I envisioned our life. I’m a planner -I had a very detailed life plan -thanks to my type-A personality, but when we welcomed that beautiful baby boy…. all the planning went out the window. Although my husband was shocked, I was at peace, and so was he. The best decision we have ever made. Little did we know, many more decisions would be made that we didn’t see coming…
