Flower Farm
Bloom where you are planted.

There's really something special when you plant tiny seeds in the soil, and they blossom into beautiful flowers full of color and intricate blooms. We do our part in helping save the pollinators and in turn, they bless us with amazing flowers that remind us how important it is to take care of Mother Nature.

Enjoy our beautiful farm fresh flowers with one of our Flower Subscriptions or you can find fresh market bouquets and the famous Flower Bar at The Farm Stand during the months of June - September. FAQ
When does The Farm Stand open for the season?
The Farm Stand opens as soon as we have flowers blooming, which is typically early July. You can find The Farm Stand at 100 5th Street West Point, IA 52656. Our Midwest season is typically July - October. Next year we plan for a Spring Subscription and will hopefully have blooms as early as May.
What are the hours of The Farm Stand?
The Farm Stand is open seasonally, which is typically early July - October. We still believe in old-fashioned values like the honor system, so The Farm stand operates as a self-serve system and is open from sun-up to sun-down. We accept cash or Venmo.

Do you deliver flowers?

Why should I become a subscriber versus just stopping by The Farm Stand?
Our subscription holders receive blooms before we offer any to the public. You can choose to grab them at The Farm Stand each week or have them delivered to your door for an additional fee. They come in our signature glass mason jars and are sure to add a little sunshine to your home!
What is The Flower Bar?
The Flower Bar is so much fun! Build your very own Farm Fresh Bouquet! Pick your jar. Pick your focal flower. Add greenery. Fill with other flowers. Enjoy!
Can I special order a bouquet for pick up at the farm?
Yes absolutely. You can preorder a bouquet for any budget and size. Your choice of wrapped or jar. Set up pick up time at your convenience at The Farm Stand. Simply email wendlandfamilyfarm@gmail.com or contact us on social.
How do I make my flowers last?
After you purchase or receive a bouquet from our Flower Farm, don’t leave it in the car without water for long periods of time. Recut stems and change water in your vase every 2-3 days, also pull out any spent flowers. Try to keep your bouquet out of sunny spots in your home. This will make your arrangement last much longer than expected.

Do you do wedding florist services?
At this time we are not providing wedding services.

Can I visit the farm?
The farm is a working farm and is not currently open to the public. We will host U-Pick events and on-farm workshops, during which you can walk the flower field.
